  4. Nish Jewels is a small, New Zealand-based online jewellery shop. We sell artificial/imitation jewellery, handpicked in small numbers.
  5. Products
  6. All jewellery sold on our website is artificial/imitation and made using gold-tone base metals and faux stone or pearl detailing. Product descriptions, materials, and care instructions are provided on each product page.
  7. Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our pieces, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur between the images shown and the item received.
  8. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but slight differences may appear due to lighting, photography, or your device's display settings.
  9. Pricing and Payment
  10. All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
  11. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though this will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
  12. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods.
  13. Order Formation
  14. Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase, not an automatic acceptance. A binding contract of sale is only formed once we confirm your order (for example, via a confirmation email). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we decline or cancel an order, you will be notified and refunded in full.
  15. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (including shipping address) are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
  16. Risk and Ownership
  17. Risk in the goods (responsibility for loss or damage) passes to you once the order has been handed to the courier for delivery.
  18. Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.
  19. Shipping
  20. We currently ship within New Zealand only. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for processing times, delivery options, and estimated delivery windows. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by our courier providers.
  21. Returns and Refunds
  22. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details. In summary, due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds on our jewellery, except where an item arrives damaged during shipping, in which case please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  24. All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, logos, and branding, is the property of Nish Jewels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
  25. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, which apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions and cannot be excluded for consumer purchases.
