Where does the jewellery come from?
Our pieces are sourced from South Asia, where we handpick each design in small numbers.
What if an item I want is sold out?
Many of our pieces are limited in number, but that doesn't always mean gone for good. Sold-out items may be restocked, so keep an eye on the product page or sign up to be notified.
How long does delivery take?
Courier Economy typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days, and Courier Next Day arrives the next business day after dispatch. Both are estimates and not guaranteed by NZ Post.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we're not responsible for items lost or damaged due to incorrect details.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll review your claim for a replacement or refund.
Are these real gold or real gemstones?
No, all our pieces are artificial jewellery made with gold-tone base metals and faux stone or pearl detailing, designed to capture the look of fine jewellery.
How do I look after my jewellery?
Keep it dry and chemical-free, apply perfume and lotion before putting it on, and store it in an airtight zip-lock bag after wiping down with a soft cloth. Avoiding moisture is the best way to keep it looking its best.
